Growing up with her family owning an Italian restaurant for over three decades, Natalie imbibed the core values of business and the significance of a heartfelt handshake. Drawing inspiration from her family's business model and her extensive experience in corporate America, she ventured into the world of talent management, becoming a translator of various realms.
Fluent in the languages of dance, acting, and modeling, Natalie also possesses a unique fluency in legal matters, esthetics, spirituality, private investigations and dental. Additionally, she has mastered the art of understanding and communicating with teenagers, bridging the gap between their aspirations and the realities of the industry.
Driven by a profound sense of purpose, Natalie's decision to open Arterial, her own talent management agency, stemmed from the heartache she witnessed within an industry that often thrived on short-lived successes. Determined to make a difference, she focused on embracing the humbling experiences encountered while working with incredible artists and entrepreneurs on a daily basis.
